Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped without any charge. If the order has already been shipped, you can still cancel it, but you will need to pay the delivery charge only.

Is there any cancellation fee?

There is no cancellation fee.If the product is already shipped, only the delivery charge must be paid.

How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days. Outside Dhaka: 1–4 business days

Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?

Yes, we deliver nationwide across Bangladesh.

How much is the delivery charge?

We charge a flat 70 TK shipping fee anywhere in Bangladesh.

How will I track my order?

Once your order is shipped and booked with the courier, you will receive an SMS with a tracking link.

Do you confirm orders via phone call?

Orders are automatically confirmed if your delivery success rate is above 70%. No manual confirmation call is required in that case.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return a product within 3 days after receiving it. However, the delivery charge must be covered by the customer.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving the product. Customers need to cover the exchange delivery charge.

In which cases can I request a replacement?

Replacement is applicable only if:
1. You receive a wrong product
2. You receive a broken product
The issue must be reported in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

Can I claim damage after receiving the product?

No. All products must be checked at the time of delivery. Damage claims after accepting the product will not be accepted.

Are products exactly the same as pictures?

In most cases, products look exactly like the pictures. However, slight differences may occur due to:
